Easy Online Domestic Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered, but let us know if something is not right. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 30 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags, sunglasses and customised items once dispatched, unless they are manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Shipped to India Address
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly write to support@sugarchic.in with your order number and reason to initiate the return. We request you to follow the instructions given below:
Kindly follow the following instructions:
- Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.
- Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags of the product are in place.
- Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
- When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Labelling will be done on behalf of courier services. You just have to pack the products in nice packaging.
- Once we receive the product, we will credit the amount in your original payment method done at the time of purchase. For a Refund request, please write to us at support@sugarchic.in
- Online orders can be returned within 30 days of order delivery.
